Job Title: Call Centre Agent (Maithili & Bhojpuri)

Location: Maharajgunj, Kathmandu

Type: Full-Time (8-hour shifts | 8 AM – 8 PM window)

Focus: Customer support, onboarding, and promoting clean cooking initiatives.

What You’ll Do
Support: Handle inbound inquiries and technical troubleshooting.

Engagement: Conduct outbound calls for "Cook-to-Earn" incentives.

Data: Maintain 98%+ accuracy in HubSpot CRM.

Impact: Educate users on decarbonization and clean energy.

What We’re Looking For
Languages: Native-level fluency in Maithili and Bhojpuri (Mandatory).

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

Soft Skills: High empathy, persuasion, and problem-solving.

Experience: Prior call centre experience is a plus.

Our Story

After experience of decade and a half in the field of VOIP, digital communication and contact center technology, our CEO Sushant Rai was approached by Sarathi Pvt. Ltd. to assist and deploy the digital communication system for their business. This made us realize that Nepal now is ready to adapt a system and technology that the whole world has used as the backbone of their business.

Since then we had the opportunity to work with industry pioneers to transform them into digital communication from the outdated analog systems. We have seen significant changes in our client’s business and business process due to increased efficiency and better technology. We believe that we can transform and revolutionize the customer experience and business process of Nepali companies through the use of our system.
