Customer Service Officer Wanted.

Job Description :

- Handle inbound Customer Service phone calls
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software
- Initiate required action for response to customer service requests and communicates
- Appropriate processing of all the service issues and request within the defined time period

Basic Requirement :

- Knowledge in Internet, Computer operations and hardware/software
- Self-motivated to conquer a task or solve problem even if it requires working beyond office hours and under pressure
- Pleasing personality and good communication skills in English and Nepali
- Ability to speak and write clearly and accurately
- Possession of vehicle and driving license is must
- Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate
