📋 Job Description
We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to promote Kishancare ERP to dairy, bakery, and other businesses. You'll identify potential customers, conduct product demonstrations, and help businesses adopt digital solutions while achieving sales targets.
Promote and sell Kishancare ERP to dairy, bakery, and other businesses
Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features
Build strong customer relationships and achieve monthly sales goals
💼 Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you'll generate new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and deliver an excellent customer experience from first contact through post-sale follow-up.
Generate leads through field visits, calls, and referrals
Meet clients, understand their requirements, and close sales
Maintain CRM records and provide timely follow-up and customer support
✅ Requirements
Bachelor's degree (completed) in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a related field
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, willing to travel, and eager to learn and grow
Prior software/ERP sales experience is a plus, not mandatory
