Job Responsibilities:
As part of Mystic Code, you'll:
👥 Lead the development team, assign tasks, and ensure project goals are met
💻 Develop and maintain interactive web applications and HTML5 games using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, reactjs, and Node.js.
🧩 Apply Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to create structured and reusable code.
🚀 Show a willingness to learn new frameworks and deliver high-quality work.
Write clean, high-performance, scalable, efficient, and reusable code following best practices.
🧩 Contribute to code reviews and best practice sharing within the team
🐞 Debug, optimize, and fine-tune website code for fast loading times and smooth performance across all browsers and devices.
🎨 Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize them for performance.
📱 Create responsive, mobile-first web applications.
🖼 Work with Canvas for interactive graphics and animations.
🤝 Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities seamlessly.
🔄 Collaborate with team members using Git and agile methodologies
🌐 Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and JavaScript technologies.
Required Skills:
We're seeking wizards with:
🧠 Proven 3+ year of professional experience as a JavaScript Developer or Front-End Developer.
⚡ Solid understanding of web optimization techniques, including efficient rendering, code optimization, and performance tuning for fast, smooth user experiences.
💡 Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), HTML5, CSS3, reactjs, Node.js and Sass.
🎮 Prior experience in developing HTML5 and Canvas-based games (a plus).
🔧 Proficiency in Node.js for server-side JavaScript development.
📱 Experience with responsive design and mobile-first web development.
🧩 Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility and how to address related issues.
🛠 Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
🤝 Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
⏳ Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
🌱 A desire to learn and grow with new JavaScript frameworks.
🛠️ Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
🔧 Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
🧑💼 Ability to lead and manage a development team.
🔗 Portfolio or code samples showcasing past projects or relevant experience (highly encouraged).
