Neupane has expertise in hydropower development and management of large hydropower and tunnel projects in Nepal. His extensive experience includes procurement, contractual management, and control of projects like Upper Tamakoshi HEP (456 MW), Super Dordi HEP (54 MW), Upper Trishuli I HEP (216 MW), and Tamor Hydropower Project (141 MW). Currently, he serves as a Procurement, Contract & Schedule Consultant with NEA Engineering Company.
