Fusemachines participated as the strategic partner for the third CEO/Leadership Dialogue, “Supporting Nepali Entrepreneurs through AI Readiness,” held in Chitwan. The dialogue brought together more than 70 entrepreneurs, founders, business leaders, and technology professionals to explore how Nepali enterprises can leverage talent, policy, and AI to compete in an increasingly technology-driven global economy.
Delivering the keynote address, Parag Shrestha, Managing Director for South Asia and Head of Strategy at Fusemachines, discussed how the right strategies, direction, and implementation roadmap can help businesses operate more efficiently, track progress, sustain growth, and expand into global markets. He also highlighted how Nepal’s increasingly favorable technology ecosystem, combined with the emergence of AI as an accessible business co-pilot, can create new opportunities for entrepreneurs and organizations across industries.
Additionally, Rojesh M. Shikhrakar, AI Education Lead at Fusemachines, provided participants with practical insights into developing AI-ready strategies. He discussed the key considerations, implementation approaches, and strategic direction businesses should understand to make AI a valuable co-pilot across different areas of their operations.
The event was organized by U.S. Embassy Nepal under the U.S.-Nepal Commercial Diplomacy Series, in partnership with Aadyanta Advisory, International Development Institute (IDI), AmCham Nepal, and The Global Compact Initiative.
