A reputed public limited company is looking for NOC(Technical Support ) Engineer.
Education : Bachelors in computer engineering or computer related field.
Experience : Maximum 1 year of work experience in ISP is preferred.
Location : Lalitpur-4, Bagdole
Job Description
1. Responsible for round the clock monitoring of the network infrastructure.
2. Detect and respond to emails, alarms, open tickets, assist with troubleshooting as required.
3. Resolve the issue by utilizing documented processes and run books.
4. Escalate/Assign tickets to appropriate Level 2/3 engineers as appropriate.
5. Contribute to a daily activity report and support troubleshooting activities as required.
6. Ensure ticket handover during shift changes in accordance to operations guidelines.
