Qualification: Master’s degree in law or BBS. Strong knowledge on legal documentation, drafting minutes in Nepali and writing proposals in English and Nepali.

Job description:
1. Responsible of conducting and preparing minutes of Board Meetings.
2. Responsible of writing proposals and projects both in English and Nepali language.
3. Responsible to Keep company papers in order and act as a custodian of corporate records, statutory books and other documents
4. Review and draft contracts, agreements, or any other required document.
5. To maintain calendar and appointments
6. To prepare presentations and reports

Other Requirements:
1. Responsive and proactive behavior
2. Good manners
3. Meticulous with papers
4. Own vehicle and license
