The company initially focused on websites for small to medium businesses, realizing the need for businesses to have an online presence. Responsive Pixel helps companies to get on the web, even when overwhelmed with day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain responsive WordPress websites from scratch or using themes and page builders.
- Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and third-party integrations to meet client requirements.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability, including image optimization, caching, and reducing page load times.
- Implement SEO best practices to enhance site visibility and improve search rankings.
- Collaborate with designers, and project managers to create seamless user experiences.
- Conduct regular testing and debugging to ensure cross-browser, cross-device compatibility.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in front-end development and WordPress.

Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience of 2+ years as a WordPress Developer with a solid portfolio of WordPress websites.
- Expertise in WordPress Full-Site Editing and Gutenberg block development.
- Proficiency with PHP, MySQL, React.js, and the WordPress REST API and third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Divi, etc.) and customizing themes.
- Knowledge of basic SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing user experiences.
- Meet tight deadlines as required.
