We see this everyday.
Machine Learning role: Rejected.
ML internship: Rejected.
Junior AI position: Rejected.
The reason? “Not enough experience.”
But let’s be real—experience with what? We know the story: you study, you build, you dive deep into models and yet you’re told “not enough” because you haven’t worked at a company that won’t hire you without it.
Meanwhile, we hear about an “AI talent shortage.”
Let’s stop the cycle.
At ODCRU Academy, we don’t just train, you build real, end-to-end projects. You think like a production engineer. You ship models - imperfect but real. We mentor you, give you ownership, and make you industry-ready.
If you’re done being told “not enough,” ODCRU Academy is your launchpad. Join us and let’s turn “not enough” into unstoppable.
