We are looking for an experienced and passionate FP&A Lead to build and manage our human resources function, support organizational growth, and create a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage accounting, finance, and compliance functions.
Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and MIS reports.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
Ensure compliance with taxation, regulatory, and statutory requirements.
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.
Develop and implement financial controls and policies.
Support financial automation and ERP implementation projects.
Monitor business performance through financial and operational KPIs.
Provide strategic financial insights to management.
Requirements
Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, auditing, or consulting.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
