We are seeking a skilled E-commerce Manager to lead and optimize our e-commerce operations. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring efficient order processing, outstanding customer service, and the seamless operation of our e-commerce platform.

โข Oversee and streamline the order processing system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
โข Manage customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via phone and email.
โข Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain and update product listings.
โข Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to track stock status.
โข Work closely with the marketing team to promote new products and special offers.
โข Continuously enhance the customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues.
โข Stay informed about e-commerce trends and suggest improvements to the platform.

โข Minimum bachelor's degree in any IT-related field.

โข Previous experience in e-commerce or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
