B+ OK problem is due to susp signal
First check sio pin no 116 it's 0 In sio this is means OK then next qz8 it's also OK after few hours found qz10 is faulty due to this susp is 4.6 volt that's why vs Rail not passing volt after change qz10 got amp and display done..

according to the schematic the fg3301 is a fuse, it does not give me continuity and I have the blacklight error.
