Have you met Jan?
Jan Arne Algrøy is our new Project Director. He is responsible for the overall governance and ex*****on of Skygard's project portfolio, and for establishing and developing our Project Management Office (PMO).

With a background from Aker Solutions, OBOS, Neptune Properties and Boligbygg Oslo KF, Jan brings broad experience in leading and delivering both oil and gas projects and large-scale construction and residential developments. Welcome to the Skygard team, Jan!🙂

"Sovereign" has become one of the most overused words in our industry. The problem is that it rarely gets defined. A recent IDC analysis makes a point we hear echoed in conversations with customers: digital sovereignty is no longer a vague concept or a checkbox. It's about demonstrating - not just claiming - how data, infrastructure, and operations are actually controlled.

Oscar, our CCO, takes the stage at HPE Innovation Day on September 10th at The Hub in Oslo - on how security, sovereignty and sustainability are reshaping the next era of infrastructure.

Celine has joined the Skygard team!

Celine came on board this summer as our new Project Controller. She handles the financial follow-up of our investment project portfolio – contracts, budgets and forecasts – and is a key part of building out our digital platforms: implementing Omega as our project management tool, a new ERP system, and the integrations between them.

The role links project delivery with financial and administrative control – and Celine has made it her own from day one.

We're pleased to welcome Per Aksel Westby as our new Site Manager at OSL1.

Per Aksel joins us from STACK Infrastructure, where he served as Critical Facility Manager for a three-building campus totalling 18 MW, leading a team of 10 technicians in 24/7/365 operations. With more than 25 years in electrical infrastructure – from electrician and partner at Haulan Elektro to hyperscale data center operations – he brings deep experience in maintenance planning, ISO, audits and budgets.

We've welcomed several new people to the team this summer, and Line Kjendlie Stenshall is one of them. We're delighted to welcome Line as our Industry Lead, focusing on strategic partnerships.

Demand for data center services is growing, and strong partnerships are becoming ever more important to meeting it. Every server and GPU needs a home, and with Line on board, we're doubling down on building close relationships with the people developing tomorrow's technology.
Line joins us from LINK Mobility, where she was Strategic Partner Manager, and brings previous experience from HPE along with over five years in channel sales and partnerships at VMware.
