Last week, one of our team members went to the factory abroad, conducting an audit of the latest batch of EntryFlex smart locks. The inspection process went smoothly and we're proud to say that the locks are now ready to be shipped out to customers ✈️

This milestone brings us one step closer to delivering an innovative solution—with features like remote control, finger scan, and 24/7 support—all wrapped into one seamless subscription experience.

Heimgard Technologies kickstarted 2024 with a bang!

This year we decided to kick off 2024 with a proper company team building event. Our European team came together in two spacious cabins at beautiful Lygna, in Norway. Surrounded by beautiful nature and great colleagues we had productive workshops, team building activities, games, challenges, and competition. It was a lot of fun, getting to know each other in an informal setting and building our team spirit. All ensuring we are prepared to walk the extra mile for our partners and customers!

As we are growing, we are excited to announce that Magnus Nord Eidene has accepted the role of Head of Products and Services.

Magnus became part of Heimgard Technologies (previously known as Home Control before the company merger) in 2017 and has held the position of our COO. He has, amongst other things, been involved with shaping the company's app, platform, hardware, and service strategies, including their prioritization and implementation. With his experience and expertise, he is a perfect fit to lead our Products and Services team and ensure that we have a well-planned roadmap that fits the strategy for our company, customers, and partners.

Outside of work, Magnus is a devoted family man - He loves to cook great food and is not a stranger to inviting friends and family to dinner and some home-brewed beer. On top of that, he is a driven individual who is always willing to go above and beyond for the company. In fact, on his very first day at work for Home Control, he traveled to Guatemala to meet a customer and onboard a project, which truly shows his commitment and dedication to his work.
