We are all tired of these times and we are praying to get back to normalcy soon. In the meantime, the transformation the industry went through this year is impressive and by the looks of it, there is no stopping the progression. Online merchants are seeing tripled number of orders, and are spending more energy to elevate the online shopping experience by designing mobile friendly sites, looking at customer service tools ( like VClerk 😉), and looking into AI and machince-learning solutions.
