New integration StreamBIM og Imerso😃

PowerBI is widely used for analysing data across all industries. We’ve just added several Power BI export options in StreamBIM. You can now export issue and checklist data, as well as project data and object information. Once you have added these queries to your Power BI report you can update them and refresh the data from your projects, inside Power BI. Cross-project reporting can easily be set up and configured to your company’s needs in dashboards such as the one shown below.

A Bygg Entreprenør is building a 22 000 squaremeter warehouse building in Moss, Norway. The building will be BREEM NOR certified when finished. On this project A Bygg Entreprenør is using StreamBIM for quality management, document distribution and BIM management.

New product feature in StreamBIM is now available: Checklists. You can now add checklists to your project in StreamBIM and do your quality management directly in 3D or 2D. In this video we have grouped the objects we want to check by room, in this case electrical outlets. Check off room by room and as the work is completed you can see the progress in real time.

Rendra er samarbeidspartner i Computerworld-konferansen ‘Digitalisering av byggenæringen 2020’ den 19 november og vi vil gjerne gi deg anledning til gratis deltakelse.

A big congratulations to the Celsius Project as it wins Best Construction Award Using StreamBIM for On Site Construction.
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Celsius was judged the best of 10 entries from building projects on three continents. StreamBIM was used to manage construction on the building site.
The buildingSMART International awards honor excellence achieved in real life projects that adopt and use digital technologies in the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of built assets. The buildingSMART organization is a neutral, international organization dedicated to driving the digital transformation of the built asset industry.
Project Celsius is a six floor, 12000 square metre laboratory and office building in Uppsala, Sweden. It was built by Byggstyrningen of Stockholm, Sweden, for Vasakronan, which is Sweden’s largest building owner. The project is certified LEED Platinum, the highest sustainability standard.
Project Celsius is notable because it was designed and built entirely without paper drawings.
StreamBIM was used to manage all the building work on Project Celsius. Site workers used StreamBIM’s mobile, open BIM streaming software during construction on the project to access and manage construction information, site communication, design markups, as well as inspection documentation and even as-built documentation for updating the models at handover. StreamBIM also allowed the builders to manage control checklists and identify safety issues so that the site was clean and safe.
Every worker on the project was invited to use StreamBIM, including workers from up to 40 different subcontractors. StreamBIM supported a site workforce of as many as 300 simultaneous users.
Notably, Project Celsius reached completion two full months ahead of schedule and finished almost €900,000 under budget.
The project also recorded an 80% reduction in re-work orders because workers were building using high quality 3D OpenBIM models that clearly showed what to build and where it should be built.
Johannes Ris, Virtual Design and Construction Manager at Byggstyrning, says, “Celsius is a project where great commitment, a good collaborative climate and innovative use of digital tools like StreamBIM created a project with high added value for the customer. Celsius was completed without workplace accidents and under budget and ahead of schedule.”

Ole Kristian Kvarsvik, the Managing Director of Rendra said, “We’re proud Project Celsius was awarded the best Construction Project by buildingSMART because it shows the value of building from the digital model with tools like StreamBIM construction collaboration software.”

Vi er stolte og takknemlige for å være med på Peab sitt prosjekt på Carl Berner Torg.
"Jeg er litt av den gamle skolen, så jeg liker egentlig papirtegninger, men vi hadde ikke fått alt dette til å passe uten BIM. Vi har hatt en heldigital og tegningsfri byggeplass på boligdelen, og ute på plassen har vi brukt StreamBIM, forteller Prosjektleder Anton Salvesen."
