After 28 years as our CEO, Lars Chr. Fredenlund is handing over the role to Gustav Line, who becomes our new CEO on September 1st. Lars will continue to contribute from the Board of Directors.

We look forward to continuing our journey together with the same passion for collaboration, innovation, and building a sustainable future.

📢 Our Senior Digital Construction Researcher and BIM Expert, Stanislav Dermenjiev, attended a panel discussion in Sofia on the topic of digitalization in the construction industry.

🏗 What are the main challenges that the industry is facing, how technology could help and what are the best practices, were discussed by the experts.

📚 Exchanging knowledge at events like these pushes us towards creating more advanced digital solutions for the industry and a better built environment for everyone 🌍

Special thanks to Stanislav who shared the latest Cobuilder know-how and valuable experience, and to Ivan Goychev, Deputy Mayor of Sofia "Digitalization and Innovation", for inviting us at this panel discussion.

👏 Cobuilder has won a project that will be funded by the SUSTAIN Eurocluster which aims at addressing the challenges and demands of the energy transition within the building and housing sectors.

The project opens up new avenues for Cobuilder's growth:

✅ It will equip Cobuilder Link with a new Library of requirements dedicated to Smart Readiness Indicator (SRI) assessments, extending its usefulness to clients.

✅ It will power Cobuilder Link's Go-to-Market strategy by providing us with the resources to engage more potential clients.

✅ The exposure will also provide us with valuable feedback both on Cobuilder Link's capabilities and Cobuilder's overall understanding of the SRI and the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive (EPBD).

🌍 All of this aligns with Cobuilder's mission for a greener, more sustainable construction.
