VR Education was developed to increase children`s ability to solve matematic problems, using VR Technology. VR Education is still in a pilot phase and is still collectiong data. Several schools in Norway have been using the VR Education in their traditional classroom education. Using VR Tech in traditional teaching has given promising results. The data collected will be used in a scientific resear
ch program led by Thomas Nordahl, Professor of Pedagogy at Høgskolen in Innlandet. The three companies, Kommuneforlaget, InnitAS and Making View, established VR Education AS based on a pilot Project using VR Tech in traditional classroom teaching. The goal is to make children all over the world, capable to solve mathematical problems and to democratize learning by using VR Technology.
