So many publishers are producing great video, vertical clips for social media, video podcasts, and other content, but they lack a true destination and full ownership of their customer journey. They are stuck "renting" space on external platforms rather than owning their own âlocal-TVâ, podcast show hub, or niche channel. The consensus? It's time to bring that audience AND revenue home.
2. The âROI Effect" of video+subscribers+ads
Everyone is looking for that magic formula for a professional video site + a commercial strategy that actually drives ad revenue. People donât just want to post videos; they want to monetise them effectively.
3. Reaching the "Unreachables"
There was a big focus on future audiences, as always. How do we reach younger audiences? The answer isn't just "be on TikTok." Itâs about creating professional, flexible formats, whether student-led productions or deep-dive news experiences, that feel native to the way they consume media.
The most common pain point? A fragmented tech stack that makes video feel like a "manual chore" rather than a growth engine.
