Ask your team these 3 questions about your BOM process.

Your (BOM) is the DNA of your product. If your process is weak, your entire product lifecycle will suffer. Here are three benchmark questions to ask your engineering and manufacturing teams to gauge the health of your BOM governance.

Question 1 - "If we make a change to a component in a design, how long does it take for us to be 100% confident that the manufacturing BOM in our is updated and correct?"
