Four days, one stand, and many conversations about energy and subsea! 🔋 At ONS 2026 Hall 3, we displayed the 𝗠𝗼𝗰𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗩𝗦𝗗 alongside partners who share our approach to subsea systems: ABB, AVEVA, Beckhoff Automation, Energy Valley, Intelecy, Phoenix Contact, and WEG to name a few.

Our partnership showed what's possible when the right technical minds are in the room.

Stick around to the end of the reel to see who won the McLaren Lego set!

Thank you to the organisers, our team at the stand, and everyone who participated in this year's largest global energy happening, 2026 ONS Stavanger! 🧡

2026, that's a wrap 🧡

Four days, a lot of technical conversations, and more interest in subsea electrification than we came expecting. Thank you to everyone who stopped by Stand 3120, asked the difficult questions, and stayed for the answers.

A huge Thank you to the organisers at the , and to the team who ran the stand all week: Alexander Risøy, Alexander Wang, Espen Trengereid, Geir Kulia, Gisle Ersdal, Ida Eldor, Ola Guldbrandsen, Sindre Kristiansen Halse, and Souvik Ganguli!

See you in 2028! ✨ ONS

Our engineer Sindre Halse explains what a subsea VSD is, and why you'd put one 3,000 metres down 🎥

Four questions and four answers - straight from the stand at ONS Stavanger.

24/08/2026

ONS 2026 opens today, and Init is on the floor in Stavanger for the week. 🇳🇴

Find us in Hall 3, Stand 3120. We've brought the Mocean VSD range and the Safety SEM with us, so if you want to talk qualification detail, failsafe logic or alarm architecture, come and talk to the people who built them.

𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝟯, 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟯𝟭𝟮𝟬. 𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗧𝗵𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗱𝗮𝘆! 🟠🟠🟠

21/08/2026

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗴𝗼 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗼𝗳𝗳-𝘁𝗵𝗲-𝘀𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘂𝗯𝘀𝗲𝗮-𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁?

The Mocean VSD range (5.5 / Hybrid / 55) doesn't start as a subsea-specific design. It builds on industrial technology already sold in the thousands of units onshore.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲:
🟠 The 5.5 kW, 10 kW and 55 kW power classes are each qualified individually for driving motors and pumps down to 3000 meters
🟠 Units are tested and verified against vibration, mechanical shock and electrical fluctuation - the actual stresses of a subsea environment, not just lab conditions
🟠 The solution is COTS-based, meaning troubleshooting and spare parts logistics can rely on an established onshore platform, not a closed, proprietary design.

The result is a VSD range that covers both permanent and temporary subsea installations, on the same base platform regardless of power requirement.

𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗸 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹? 𝗪𝗲'𝘃𝗲 𝗴𝗼𝘁 𝗶𝘁 𝗼𝗻 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 @𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿, 𝗛𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝟯 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟯𝟭𝟮𝟬.
