Isologic Trusts T Comm Telematics for ADR Transport

We are pleased to welcome as a new customer of T Comm Telematics. Isologic specializes in the road transport of dangerous goods across Europe, including medical isotopes, pharmaceutical products, and other ADR goods. For this type of transport, safety, reliability, and real-time insight are essential.

To support these processes, we have implemented a telematics solution in which a T Comm Telematics main unit in the vehicle works together with GDP-certified temperature data logging. As a result, Isologic now has real-time insight into both vehicle location and temperature data during transport, fully in line with the GDP guidelines under which Isologic operates.

The data is integrated into Isologic's existing fleet management platform, so that all information is immediately available to the operational team. The solution also includes proactive alerting and unlimited user management.

St vd Brink: real-time insight into transport temperatures with the T Comm Platform

St vd Brink, based in Ermelo, the Netherlands, specializes in the transport of chilled and frozen food products to distribution centers and supermarkets. The company uses the T Comm Platform for temperature monitoring within its temperature-controlled vehicles. Both refrigerated trailers and various box trucks are equipped with the T Comm temperature registration system. Thanks to real-time monitoring, the transport company has continuous visibility of the temperature in every loading compartment.

The temperature-controlled vehicles are equipped with multiple compartments, each with its own predefined transport temperature. Wireless sensors continuously measure the temperature in each compartment, ensuring that the quality of all products is maintained throughout transport.

From individual partition walls to connected assets: never lose a partition wall again with connected load securing at Brandlog

Partition walls are essential for flexible temperature-controlled transport, but keeping track of them in daily operations can be challenging. They move between trailers, get misplaced or remain unused at the wrong location. Manual administration, traceability and proving ownership in case of loss take time and increase costs.

Together with its partner Storr, T Comm is changing this. Storr integrates the T Comm asset tracker directly into its partition walls, turning every wall into a connected asset. Each wall can be tracked in real time by location, with a battery life of up to seven years and no maintenance required.

Brandlog is the first customer to use these connected partition walls. Brandlog (LOGistics for BRANDed products) has been a collaboration of three renowned German logistics companies since 2007, specializing in brand logistics: part loads and full loads for branded products, from collection to positioning at the point of sale.

With centralized planning and a fully integrated IT system, Brandlog maintains control over the supply chain. The partition walls move weekly, and sometimes daily, between different refrigerated trailers. Real-time visibility of their location and usage improves efficiency and reduces manual tracking.

Suijker Transport expands from temperature monitoring to full visibility on the new T Comm Platform

Suijker Transport B.V. from Moordrecht has been active for years in chilled and frozen distribution, retail distribution, and container transport. The family business distinguishes itself through flexibility, short lines of communication, and solution-oriented service, while setting high standards for the quality of its equipment and data.

Suijker Transport has relied on T Comm since 2023 for temperature monitoring in conditioned transport. Now the company is taking the next step: the container chassis will also be equipped with T Comm telematics, and the entire fleet is moving to the new T Comm Platform.
As a result, Suijker Transport now has all fleet data in one single environment: real-time location, temperature, and asset health, from refrigerated trailer to container chassis.

The container chassis uses the T Comm Solar Unit, a smart, autonomous energy solution. Meet the team: Laurens van der Drift

T Comm is familiar territory for Laurens: alongside his studies, he already worked with us before. Since June he has been back, now as Product Engineer. In this role he is right at the heart of technology: he works on hardware and software development, contributes to the realization of technical projects and helps think through practical solutions. From design to working products, Laurens is involved in the entire process.
Right now, his focus is mainly on a pilot project we unfortunately cannot say anything about yet. What we can say: it is something to look forward to. To be continued!

Laurens studies Biomedical Engineering at The Hague University of Applied Sciences and previously completed Electrical Engineering with a focus on Embedded Systems. He is also a true entrepreneur. He founded Lunar Customs, specializing in high-end automotive customization, from starlight headliners and ambient lighting to complete vehicle electronics. He also develops websites, apps and integrations with platforms such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. With Red Shot Productions he combines technology with creativity in photography, videography and editing.

That combination of technical problem-solving and creative thinking is what defines him. When he sets his mind to something, he experiments until it works. In his free time, he rides and works on his motorcycle, enjoys jamming and loves great travel. No challenge is too big: "I don't shy away from a challenge in my free time either. From hiking to seeking out dangerous natural phenomena: anything is possible, so we just do it."
