🕹️ Project A1200 – 80% Complete! 🚀

We’re getting there! 💪

A special word of thanks to Marcel Franquinet, who provided invaluable moral support while I was doing all the hard labour! 😂🔧

Also a big shout out to Erik Siebers for hooking me up with Tristan / Omega who delivered (and recapped) this pristine A1200 board.

Next club visit – final mission:
🔹 Mount the Goex display on top of the case.
🔹 Install the cable for HDMI output.
🔹 Put the entire unit through some serious testing!

Almost ready to bring this Amiga 1200 back to life in style! 😎 In loving memory of Scenecat 💫

Did I handle this the right way? 🤔

I received this support ticket titled “want a refund!” from a customer who was clearly very disappointed with what he received. 😅

Apparently he expected a solid/relief badge rather than one of my stickers, even though I thought the product description and photos made it clear what I sell.

Of course, I offered him a full refund straight away. I was a little taken aback by the accusation of fraud, though, so perhaps my reply was a bit defensive.

By the way… the sticker was only 5.75 but payment method cost and shipping cost raised it to 10 euro.

What do you think — was my response fair and professional, or would you have handled it differently?
