Bukura Agricultural College (BAC) is a training center located in Kakamega County, western part of Kenya. The college offers agricultural related courses, graduating skilled students in agricultural practices and related areas of study locally and internationally.

The institution’s mission is to provide quality agricultural education through practical training, research, innovations and extension services for improved agricultural productivity and livelihoods.

Their journey to adopt AgroCares soil testing technology was initiated under the NUFFIC Netherlands project focused on sustainable soil management in Kenya. Launched in 2022, this initiative provided funding for short course trainings aimed at enhancing sustainable agricultural practices.

We’re thrilled to have been part of !

Last week we came together with visitors from over 20 countries with different backgrounds from retailers and growers, to researchers and advisors. We were proud to receive outstanding feedback for AgroCares Scanner with its ability to reduce analysis costs and time by replacing traditional lab methods. We were also happy to see that the possibility to combine soil and leaf analysis with one measurement was extremely well-received news during our demo sessions.

At AgroCares, innovation never stops. Having gathered the requests at the event, we're now working on the calibration of new crops, with a special focus on grapes.
