We are hiring! STUDIO & PROJECT MANAGER

Our team, exhibitions and projects have been growing lately and we are looking for an experienced Studio & Project Manager to join the sweetest Post team.

I’m looking for a right-hand person who can take over a large part of the organisational side of the studio. Someone who enjoys juggling lots of different projects, keeps an overview, thinks ahead and takes initiative.

The role involves a little bit of everything (except making!), including:

• Managing emails, enquiries and client communication
• Coordinating projects from initial enquiry to final delivery, including planning, budgets and deadlines
• Organising transport, production logistics and installations for exhibitions and museum projects
• Staying in touch with galleries, museums, clients and other partners
• Preparing quotations, handling invoices, agreements and other administrative tasks
• Keeping track of team hours and taking care of some HR-related tasks
• Occasionally helping with newsletters and social media (a plus, not a must!)

We are looking for someone who is independent, proactive and organised. Someone who keeps an overview, thinks ahead and makes sure things get done.

Ideally, you have experience in the art world and understand how museums, galleries and other art institutions operate. You enjoy solving practical and organisational challenges, taking responsibility and switching between bigger projects and smaller everyday tasks.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys working in a small, creative and ever-changing environment, where no two days are the same.

3–4 days a week (preferably 4)
Based in Rotterdam/Schiedam.

The lights have been switched off in Venice, but I’m happy to share that the entire exhibition Still Joy – From Ukraine into the World by centre including my installation, will travel to Gammel Strand in Copenhagen.

Looking forward to switching the lights back on in Denmark from 18 September until 10 January. 💡

Opened last night: Fruits of Life at the charming Palazzo Tiglio - A Small Luxury Hotels of the World in Tuscany run by the incredible John Werich.

Thank you for your amazing hospitality, we had the best time. And , thank you not only for the invitation but for making these days so much fun.
It was truly special. ✨
