I’ve been drawing more boys and men alongside my usual female characters, and the fun challenge has been keeping that same vibrant energy.
A lot of male illustrations tend to go dark or heavy, but I wanted to keep things light, playful, and very me. ✨

This piece started as a simple doodle and turned into a little spark of joy for my website. No deep meaning, just creating, exploring, and having fun with it. 💫

Inspired by stories of Suri- namese, Indian-Asian, Chinese, and Indigenous ancestry, the work explores how identity grows through family, me- mory, and curiosity. It’s hard to believe that it’s already been two weeks since our debut exhibition at WORM! 🎉 This was our very first collective event and I got to share this experience with some of my closest friends who are now like family. 💫

I want to take a moment to thank each and every one of you who came, supported, shared kind words, and connected with me. The conversations and stories shared during the exhibition meant the world. 🌍

I’m super excited to announce that there are some upcoming collaborations on the horizon! I can’t wait to continue creating for and with you all. 🙌🏾🥰

For those who missed it, my work at the expo was deeply inspired by my own heritage and the stories, traditions, and emotions that come with it. Through vibrant digital illustrations, sculptural paintings, and my new scarf designs, I wanted to explore identity, connection, and the shared experiences that shape who we are inviting moments of both joy and reflection.

This is what I do it for!!😍😍

My sweet niece couldn’t believe that these illustrations that look like her were made by her aunt.😂😅
Now that she had seen it with her own eyes at the Art Market , I was officially approved together with my illustrations hahaha

Now the next step is that we start painting together because creativity runs in the family of course!😃👩🏾‍🎨
