Such a lack of diversity at the top should not exist. Women are strongly underrepresented in decision-making positions, while it has been proven that diversity at the top leads to more profit.

This has to change!

P.S. Focusing on the gender-diversity aspect is important, yet true diversity at the top in the broadest sense of the word should be your goal, not just gender.
