More than 45,000 participants with more than 70 different nationalities, aging from 11 to over 90, will start the walk tomorrow.

We wish all participants lots of success and fun during the walk. We also wish all the party people a great time at the many festivals in the city.☀️

As we enter the upcoming month, the mindfulness challenge led by Dobra Wierzba will come to an end.

March was filled with weekly online sessions where we practiced breathing exercises and learned how to maintain awareness of our thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and surroundings.

As well, the workshops provided us with information on stress management and relaxation techniques.

We believe these practices will positively impact our well-being at work and after hours.

Thank you Dobra Wierzba for sharing with us this mindful knowledge! 😊

PS The most active participants received a copy of the classic guide to meditation and mindfulness: „The Miracle of Mindfulness Book”, written by Zen master Thich Nhat Hanh.
