As a member of the Alihubba Community, you are able to make use of the shared or dedicated desks, co-working space, meeting room, and kitchen with all facilities, including very fast Wi-Fi, unlimited coffee, and printing 24/7 in the center of Maastricht.
The membership has a minimum duration of 6 months. It is a rolling contract paid monthly and can be changed at any time with one month's notice period. There is no deposit required.

Collaboration between AppsForce and AlphaBrain Technologies is to join forces from brain science technologies, wearables, and software to tackle epileptic seizures as one of the most debilitating neurological disorders of the society. We will build a light wearable device which monitors patients with epilepsy 24/7, AI which will analyse collected data and a warning system for carers and institutions that look after those patients.

People with epilepsy have up to 3 times higher changes of dying and on average 10 year shorter life expectancy and these are mostly caused as side-effect of serious seizure, such as injuries from falling, losing consciousness, inhaling vomit or fluids and so on. The early warning system that we build in this project will allow carers and emergency units a fast response in cases of seizure emergencies that will help with injuries and ultimately save lives.
