It is now even easier to divide your loyalty programme into tiers. With the 'Contact Tiers' feature, you can automatically assign a saver to a new level, based on their points count, for example 🥉🥈🥇

If they exceed the threshold of the next level with their new number of points then they will automatically belong to the next level you set 🚀

This way, you make the savings in your loyalty program more competitive! 🏁🏎 🏎 🏎 💨

…Nevermind, at second thought that would be a catastrophic world. BUT that doesn’t mean it can still be a very useful feature in your loyalty program! 🤯

Automations allow you to communicate with customers on an individual and personal level without having to spend hours and hours behind your laptop 👨🏼‍💻

An example of how this could work for you is to set up a flow that triggers when it's a customer's birthday. This trigger results in them receiving an email on their birthday, congratulating them and giving them a personalised reward, coupon or giftcard. They’ll feel valued and special! 🎂
