What does it take to light a castle that has been standing for almost 900 years?

For Burg Clam in Upper Austria, the answer was not a complicated lighting desk or a manual full of technical instructions.
The owner needed a simple way to set the scene for everyday evenings, private celebrations, and the ClamLive concerts held right beside the castle.

Using CueCore3 and Kiosc, Geckow created a tablet-based interface that lets the Count choose which area of the façade to light and select the right scene — while scheduling, remote access, and concert-mode control quietly take care of everything else.

Imagine building a roadshow stand that has to travel from place to place, handle winter alpine conditions, perform reliably, and still make an impact everywhere it goes — all in just 3 weeks.

That was the challenge when ZYN and KESCH approached Geckow and Eventtischlerei Daniel Steinböck.
The result was a modular, programmable stand that not only met the brief, but kept impressing people for months on the road.

And just like that, Mediatech Africa is done — and what a great few days it has been!

We loved meeting so many lighting control enthusiasts, industry professionals, partners, and new faces across the show.
These events are always about more than products — they’re about conversations, shared ideas, and spending time with the people who make this industry what it is.

It was also really special to see RdmRelay2 make its first appearance on the African continent and to hear such positive reactions from visitors.
