Great, google loves its own products. Was working this weekend on a website with the URL http://www.homebuildersseatlle.com and checked the keywords in Google just now. Look what happened. After just one day. The website is not on top of the google results, which would be absolutely awesome, but the googleplus article which I made on my www.dealindomains.com about the homebuilders site.
Using all the media to get your message to the public seems to work.
