Dear AutoSocial Facebook fans. I am Alfred, founder of AutoSocial, and I want to apologize for leaving you guys in the dark for so long. There is a reason though. I'm not sure it's a good one, so I will leave that up to you.

I just wrote a blog post to explain the big lack of updates or progress in the past few months. I am truly sorry, and I hope things will change in 2014. I will not give up on AutoSocial, and I hope you won't either. You will hear from us next year.

Have you checked out the concept screenshot of the Social page on our new website yet? The Social page connects all the different layers of AutoSocial. It will show all the updates from your friends, groups and events, as well as suggestions for new people and events.

We will launch our new website on friday. We want to regain your trust in this project, because we do understand if some of it has been lost over the past few months. The exact situation we're in will be explained on friday, including what the future will bring. We are quite excited about that future, and we hope to get you excited again too. Just two more days!

You might (not) have noticed our website is down for maintenance right now. Well, the good news is, we have a brand new website ready to launch very soon! It will include lots of new screenshots, information and ways for you to help us out!

We are honestly sorry for the way thing have been for the past few months. Everything will be explained on our new website, with the promise of a better future.

Congratulations to all the winners of Startup Weekend. Unfortunately we didn't make it in the top 3. Jury didn't seem like our demographic and didn't show much interest to be honest. The crowd did however, and that's a far better achievement.
