𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲, 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝗻 𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗯𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗳𝘂𝗿𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗴𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗱.

By default, users can now only log in from pre-configured store IP addresses, meaning access is limited to when they are physically in the store. This setting already existed, but is now applied as standard.

This ensures access remains restricted to trusted locations, even for organisations with multiple stores.

❓ Do customers need to register again in Nuvio?
✅ No. Existing login details can be transferred from connected systems, so customers don’t need to re-enter their details.

❓ Can customers view their purchase history?
✅ Yes. With the Flower or Blossom licence, customers can view past purchases, including receipts or invoices.

❓ Is it possible to scan a loyalty card digitally?
✅ Yes. Every loyalty card in Nuvio can be displayed as a scannable QR code.

𝗙𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗡𝘂𝘃𝗶𝗼, 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘅𝘁 𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝘀 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗩𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗮 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝘂𝗽𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲.

Due to the strong number of registrations, the Grow and Flower editions have been approved and will be rolled out in January and February 2026. These editions further expand Nuvio’s loyalty functionality and form the foundation for more advanced use cases.

In addition, development of Bloom will start at the beginning of 2026. Bloom focuses on Personal Marketing and is being developed together with a select group of garden centres, including flagship locations, to ensure it closely aligns with real-world retail needs.

𝗡𝘂𝘃𝗶𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝘂𝗿𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗮 𝗻𝘂𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗞.

Based on real-world use, we are now able to share early feedback from both retailers and their customers. Garden centres value the smooth start and the simplicity of the digital loyalty experience, allowing customers to join easily by scanning a QR code in store, without installing an app.

The feedback confirms that Nuvio is intuitive, fast and easy to use, aligning well with the expectations of both staff and customers.

This update introduces new functionality, including support for forgotten loyalty cards, purchase history and LaPosta integration.

These improvements further strengthen Nuvio as a flexible and future-ready loyalty solution for garden centres.
