CROWD FUNDING INITIATIVE - MEGACELLMONITOR ( THE CELL DOCTOR )

Cande started the development of firmware and software for a project called the cell doctor - megacellmonitor which developed Hardware for charging 18650 lithium cells. Now we are in the stage of bringing it to production levels including a casing and packaging.

Check out the grid view in the app which provides a near realtime view on all your cell chargers. Select the voltage column of a cell to see its charge curve and compare this with the vendor specifications. Features like you have never encountered in any other product.

NiBa connected all the power leads and tested the automatic failover from grid power to the generator. All worked as designed and the next step is to construct the permanent exhaust and sound proofing of the generator set.

Last bits and pieces and expectation is that over the weekend the forced cooling is installed allowing us to close this project.

Emergency power generator control panel build is completed. This was significantly more work then expected and also a lot more cable went into it then anticipated.

Everything is mounted and wired to the generator... now the trials / tests can start.

Today the emergency generator is delivered. Next week together with NiBa Techniek the installation of the Ats and deep sea controller.

Pictures shall follow during installation and run tests.

Over the course of 3 weeks I finally finished the trim around the steel frame of the raised floor. Busy at work and lots of abroad travel restricted the time spend on painting and constructing the frame.

Finally it is done and only waiting for the glue to dry in the next 24 hours.

With luck Friday the glass paneling will be delivered for the next phase of this project.

UPS came with a simple RS-232 interface which was able to accept input to controle the display / menu of the UPS. Using an Arduino Uno with an Max3232 interface and a wifi module a simple application was developed that accepts a single connection and sends all data received from the telnet session to the serial port and vice vera.

Voila! communication was established and the next phase was writing the c # code for converting the serial output into data to be stored in an MsSQL database. After completing this part the last step was creating graphs for which Grafana was selected.

Monitoring is working and the first graphs are available. Next; Alerting...

Today new power lines are ran being 5x10mm2 for as new power feed to the ups which shall be delivered Monday / Tuesday. 1 power feed back to the distribution panel and 1 dedicated for the solar power panels. NiBa Techniek shall be installing the ups coming week and then all the small units can be removed as the 3phase 380v 15KW ups is good to power all.
