Recently, we completed a complex repair project for a key customer in the semiconductor industry. The goal was clear, but challenging: keep critical systems running by repairing legacy PCB boards that are no longer easy to replace.

These boards play a vital role in the customer’s production environment. Replacing them would have required major system changes, something they wanted to avoid. Instead, we worked together on a long-term repair strategy to extend the lifespan of the existing hardware.

This project took more than 1.5 years to complete. During that time, close collaboration was essential. The customer supported us with an extensive test setup, allowing us to validate repairs thoroughly and improve reliability with every iteration.

The result? Proven, working boards that can continue to support critical semiconductor processes for years to come.
