In Barcelona zijn vanmiddag de jaarlijkse EDP Awards bekendgemaakt. In verschillende categorieën werden in totaal dertig awards uitgereikt. De winnaars laten volgens de organisatie zien dat de print- en verpakkingsindustrie volop inzet op verdere digitalisering.

Naast de reguliere awards kende EDP Awards dit jaar een Industry Achievement Award toe aan het Open Software Initiative van de Durst Group AG.

We are proud to share that we won our very first EDP Award for our brand new ColorBase Cortex solution. A proprietary machine learning algorithm for spectral color predictions which will change the way printer profiles are created.
