Capelle aan den IJssel, Nederland, 27 juli 2023: GeoJunxion genereerde voor het tweede jaar op rij een positieve kasstroom voor het volledige boekjaar 2022/23 en realiseerde een omzetgroei van 42% jaar-over-jaar, terwijl de kosten gelijk bleven ten opzichte van het afgelopen boekjaar.

Belangrijkste feiten:
• 42% omzetgroei voor boekjaar 2022/23 vergeleken met dezelfde periode in 2021/22;
• Netto Operationele Kosten (OPEX) in boekjaar 2022/23 zijn gelijk gebleven ten opzichte van boejaar 2021/22, ondanks de aanzienlijke stijging in de inkomsten;
• EBITDA, EBIT en EBT zijn allemaal positief voor boekjaar 2022/23;
• Positieve nettowinst na belastingen voor boekjaar 2022/23, vergeleken met een nettoverlies van €841K in boekjaar 2021/22;
• Positieve kasstroom van €530K voor boekjaar 2022/23, vergeleken met €131K in boekjaar 2021/22.

Capelle aan den IJssel, Nederland, 24 mei 2023 – GeoJunxion (GOJXN.AS) is verheugd twee nieuwe contracten aan te kondigen met een wereldwijd technologiebedrijf, met een totale waarde van meer dan 200.000 Euro.

De eerste overeenkomst betreft een Location Intelligence Service waarbij GeoJunxion locatie gegevens over een beperkt aantal landen zal verzamelen, digitaliseren en standaardiseren. Deze opdracht kan de weg vrijmaken voor toekomstige uitbreidingen het aantal landen, voor hetzelfde type werk.

Het tweede contract is een terugkerende data licentieovereenkomst, waarbij GeoJunxion per kwartaal updates van eerder geleverde gegevens zal updaten. Dit is een perfect voorbeeld van ons bedrijfsmodel en onze bedrijfsstrategie. De activiteiten van GeoJunxion zijn gericht op het aangaan van langdurige relaties met haar klanten, door het creëren van een terugkerend verdienmodel in plaats van eenmalige projecten of transacties. Hoewel een klantrelatie kan starten als proof-of-concept of een eenmalig project, hebben de meeste van onze datasets frequente en continue updates nodig om hun waarde te behouden of te vergroten. Hierdoor is een eenmalig project vaak een eerste stap, welke gevolgd wordt door een terugkerend service- of licentiecontract. Hierdoor worden initieel eenmalige projecten vaak omgezet in een terugkerende en voorspelbare inkomstenstroom.

Capelle aan den IJssel, the Netherlands, 24 May 2023 – GeoJunxion (GOJXN.AS) is pleased to announce the closing of two new contracts with a global tech Company, for a total value exceeding EUR 200 thousand.

The first agreement is a Location Intelligence Service in which GeoJunxion will collect, digitize and standardize geolocated data on a limited number of countries. This can pave the way for future expansions of the geographic footprint, under the same project scope.

The second contract is a recurring Data License Agreement, under which GeoJunxion will provide quarterly updates on data previously delivered. This is a perfect example of our Business Model and Company Strategy: GeoJunxion activities are indeed directed towards establishing long-term relationships with its customers, through the creation of a recurring business model rather than one-off opportunities. Although the relationship may start with a proof-of-concept or a one-off project, most of our high value datasets require frequent and continuous updates to maintain or increase their value. As a result, the one-off project or proof-of-concept is often just the first step, followed by a recurring service or a license contract -converting the initial, single activity into a recurring, predictable and sustainable business model. - Nettowinst na belastingen van €474 K in het 1ste half jaar 2022/23, in vergelijking met een nettoverlies van €342 K in het 1ste half jaar 2021/22;
