During our last Rabbit 2.0 Beta video and slow motion tests in Bobbejaanland, Belgium, we used the opportunity to try out our plan to use the device to take high res selfies during the ride and experimented with various points during the ride cycle.

We used a few runs to continuously take high res photos and chose good samples based on lighting, background, composition, facial expression to determine the position based on our 3-axis G-sensors data.

The pics are of course taken whilst the video recording is simultaneously running - not bad for a first test, right? What are your thoughts?

Mind Mystery (www.mindmystery.nl) is a new theme park in The Netherlands with a lot of fun optical illusions, some of which are really mind boggling. Opening mid 2018, Socrates is asked to take care of the photography. Kindly asked to leave our famous toolbox with digital tricks home;-)

The Rabbit On Ride Video systems also takes high res on ride selfies. See some samples taken during our test yesterday.

First test with our new Rabbit on ride video system on the Gold Rush in Slagharen. Sound is not as it best since the mike was still inside the temporarily case. The Rabit also takes very nice, up to 12 MP photo’s. Final enclosure will be about 10x6x8cm and the battery will last over a day.
