Coca-Cola's New Visual Identity: A Lesson in the Power of Brand Systems

Some brands don't need to reinvent themselves. They need to become more consistent.

With the launch of its new global visual identity, Coca-Cola demonstrates how an iconic brand can evolve while staying instantly recognizable. Rather than introducing new visual elements, the refresh strengthens the assets that have defined the brand for generations: the signature red and white palette, the Dynamic Ribbon, the Arden Square, and the Spencerian script.

The result is a design system that works across every touchpoint, from packaging and retail environments to digital platforms and brand experiences, creating one cohesive identity across more than 200 markets.

For designers and brand owners alike, this is a reminder that a strong visual identity is more than a logo. It's a system. One that provides clarity, consistency and flexibility, allowing every expression of the brand to feel connected, regardless of format or market.

The updated Coca-Cola Zero Sugar identity follows the same philosophy. By aligning more closely with the master brand while maintaining its own distinctive elements, the range becomes easier to recognize and stronger within the overall portfolio.

Behind the scenes, Coca-Cola is also investing in the infrastructure that supports great design. A new Brand Center and AI-powered Design Intelligence tools help internal teams and agency partners work from the same visual language, ensuring quality and consistency at a global scale.

At Pixoyo, we see this as an excellent example of how design systems create value. The strongest identities are built on recognizable assets, clear guidelines and thoughtful ex*****on. When every touchpoint speaks the same language, brands become easier to recognize, easier to trust and ultimately stronger over time.

Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Pixoyo was selected as one of four creative agencies for the international campaign pitch for Air Arabia. For this global assignment, we developed Open More World!, a concept centered around accessible travel, discovery, and the freedom of continuous movement.

Although we didn’t win the final pitch, we’re proud to have finished as runner-up and to have been part of this international process.

Nike just did it (again). Even though the adidas commercial is good too. Which commercial is your favourite so far?

For The Rotation, a brand focused on sneakers and streetwear fashion, I developed a distinctive new visual identity.

The project included the design of a custom logo and matching business cards, creating a bold and modern brand presence that reflects the culture, style, and energy of the streetwear community.

The result is a cohesive identity that helps The Rotation stand out both online and offline.
