Ons doel is om de ICT arbeidsmarkt mede door digitalisering te innoveren. De ontwikkeling van de ICT student staat bij ons centraal. Wij brengen jouw behoefte, skills en ambities in kaart en blijven met jou in contact. Het begint bij jouw ambitie. Vanuit deze ambitie creëren wij de kickstart die jouw ICT carrière verdient! Persoonlijke ontwikkeling, kennis/praktijk en sociale vaardigheden worden d

oorontwikkeld. Deze ontwikkeling wordt in samenwerking met het bedrijfsleven, scholen, studenten en gemeenten gerealiseerd. FRISSR creëert de koppeling tussen de arbeidsmarkt en studenten met een passie voor ICT. Waar onderwijsinstellingen niet de slagkracht hebben, studenten niet de juiste kennis en/of vaardigheden bezitten en het bedrijfsleven gericht is op haar core-business, verbindt FRISSR deze partijen aan elkaar. De bewustwording wordt niet alleen gecreëerd bij studenten maar ook bij scholen én bij organisaties uit de IT branche. Organisaties maken wij bewust van het feit dat een ICT student van grote waarde kan zijn, indien deze goed wordt begeleid. Dit heeft zich meerdere malen bewezen bij verschillende organisaties. FRISSR laat organisaties anders kijken naar de invulling van de openstaande vacatures of werkplekken. Dit betekent onder andere dat een fulltime functie ook part-time door studenten kan worden ingevuld.
