For many of our clients the online business is not bad at all at the moment. Targets are met, and often we see that the digital activities have had the best numbers ever. However, the plus in e-commerce is seldom enough to compensate for the losses in offline sales, so we help to continuously test, learn and optimise to maximise online turnover.

Especially now it is important to aim high in digital. Optimising the shopping journey can drastically increase conversion. It really has never been more important. Also, think about diversifying your online sales channels. Marketplaces can increase turnover, will decrease channel dependencies and mitigate risks. Lastly, don’t forget to rethink your advertising strategy. Changed customer behaviour will lead to changed return on ad spend. And in a time where cash is king, analysing and adapting your advertising strategy could be a double edged sword.
