8 jaar geleden begonnen we Conversed.ai met de overtuiging: AI moet 𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗴𝗲𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻. Want AI is een 𝘁𝗼𝗼𝗹 en 𝗴𝗲𝗲𝗻 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝗹 op zich.

Die overtuiging is relevanter dan ooit. Met alle hype rond AI-agents wordt het voor bedrijven steeds lastiger om feit van fictie te scheiden.

🚀 More good news! Zorg van de Zaak 𝐃𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 has partnered with Conversed.ai to launch Tod, a smart 𝐀𝐈 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐭 for their 𝐈𝐓 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐤.

While we carefully evaluate all leading LLMs, this news reinforces what we’ve observed in our own research: Anthropic’s Claude currently leads the pack in response quality.

👉 Google contractors are comparing responses from its Gemini AI against those from Anthropic’s Claude.
👉 Contractors noticed that Claude’s outputs emphasize safety, often refusing unsafe prompts where Gemini faltered.
👉 In one instance, Claude avoided answering a sensitive query, while Gemini’s response violated safety guidelines.
👉 Google DeepMind confirmed that they evaluate Gemini against competitors but denied using Claude to train Gemini.

Bain is throwing around some pretty big numbers in this report about the growth of the AI services industry, but the report is wel crafted.

‘Companies are past the pilot phase and are starting to scale up generative AI," says David Crawford, who was at the helm of the report.

The market for AI products and services could reach between $780 billion and $990 billion by 2027.
