Sourceful ICT ,
Sourceful ICT in Kielce with the office with one of the best views in town, we had a great idea to educate IT students with the newest technology. That way they can enter into the IT world with a flying start. Our idea was, how can we provide the students something that they have not seen during their studies, thus the OutSystems Academy was born.
The purpose of learning is to develop study materials and to create a hands-on course, so developing a mobile app in low-code technology. The response was overwhelming and from dozens of applicants, we selected the best group that started the course in June this year. It was great to see the enthusiasm in the group, developing their first cool apps in a very short timeframe. We saw some of the best talents, and some of them we proposed a job offer to join our team.
