Inferno Pilates is a challenging full body, low impact, fat burning, high intensity workout. Using Pilates principles, mindfulness, the heat, and H.I.I.T. (High Intensity Interval Training) this low-impact class will strengthen your whole body safely, and keep your heart rate up while helping you burn fat and boost your metabolism!
With fun and motivational music, 60 minutes will fly by!
This class is for EVERYONE who is looking to increase strength, build long lean muscles, create a stronger core, get fit, and feel amazing!
