CENTRAL ZONE CONSULTATION DRAWS ROUSING WELCOME IN HONG
APC leaders engage constituency as 2027 preparations gather pace

The APC’s Central Zone consultation reached Hong with a rousing welcome from supporters and residents. Senatorial candidate Comrade Mustapha Saliu joined Speaker of the Adamawa State House of Assembly Hon. Bathiya Wesley, APC Vice Chairman Dr. Raymond Chidama, Hon. James Barka, Commissioner Umar Garba Pelle, Dogo Victor, Ph.D., and other stakeholders to engage the constituency.
The reception gave the visiting team an opportunity to hear from local supporters and strengthen its constituency ties.
For the APC, the task now is to turn the energy seen in Hong into sustained engagement across the wards ahead of the 2027 elections.

During the Central Zone consultation in Hong, Speaker of the Adamawa State House of Assembly Hon. Bathiya Wesley took time to attend a church convention at LCCN No. 1, Hong.
The congregation warmly received and honoured him in recognition of his longstanding response to the church’s needs. The occasion offered a moment to acknowledge a relationship built through years of support, as the Speaker joined worshippers and community members at their gathering.

Adamawa chairman participates in discussions ahead of 2027 elections

Adamawa State APC Chairman Hon. Hamza Alhaji Bello Madagali is attending the ongoing retreat for APC state chairmen in Maiduguri.
The retreat gives party leaders an opportunity to exchange views, review preparations and strengthen coordination ahead of the 2027 elections. Madagali’s participation brings Adamawa into those discussions at a time when the state chapter is also expanding its consultations at constituency level.
For the APC in Adamawa, the value of the retreat will be measured by how its discussions help the party organise, respond to voters’ concerns and work together in the months ahead.
