🎓 HACKSAT INVESTS IN THE FUTURE — ONE COMMUNITY AT A TIME.

Yesterday, Hacksat Tech Ltd awarded scholarships to 10 students of Lamido Sanda Government Girls Junior Secondary School to participate in the Hacksat Academy Fellowship Cohort 2 – Computer Skills & Digital Literacy Integrated with AI.

This initiative goes beyond providing training. It is an investment in young people, their communities, and the future of our society.

By equipping these students with practical computer skills, digital literacy, and foundational AI knowledge, Hacksat is helping create opportunities for young girls to learn, innovate, solve problems, and participate meaningfully in an increasingly digital world.

🌍 The impact goes beyond the classroom.

When we empower one young person with knowledge and skills, that knowledge can spread to classmates, friends, families, and the wider community. These students can become digital ambassadors within their communities, sharing what they learn and inspiring other young people to embrace technology and lifelong learning.

Meet Fatimah Sayyidah Muhammad, a 17-year-old founder from Minna, Nigeria, and one of Young Founders School’s Hero Stories of 2026.

Fatimah always had the drive to create. What began as making handmade satin accessories from her room became something bigger when she was given the opportunity to ask better questions, develop her entrepreneurial skills, and turn her craft into a real business.

Through a YFS ideation workshop, Fatimah began looking at her work differently not just as something she enjoyed making, but as a way to solve a problem for her customers. With support and a small grant, she took the next step and built Saheer.ng, a handmade satin accessories brand serving young women across Nigeria.

Today, Fatimah runs her own sewing machine, sources materials, designs packaging, manages her social media, and earns a profit while pursuing her first year of university.

But her story doesn't end with her own success. Fatimah is already sharing what she has learned with other young women in her community—showing them that their own ideas, skills and creativity can become something real.

Fatimah had the fire. YFS helped bring the match.

🤝 A great step for Hacksat!

Today, the Hacksat Tech Ltd team had a productive meeting with the Director of Adamawa State Local Government Area Affairs.

We discussed opportunities to collaborate around technology, AI, digital skills, innovation, entrepreneurship, youth development, and AI training for government and public servants.

We are excited about the possibility of helping public servants understand and practically apply AI to improve productivity, service delivery and everyday government work.

We are grateful for the warm reception, encouragement and openness to exploring collaboration with Hacksat to create meaningful impact across Adamawa State.
