Every Tuesday was our brainstorming session. We’d choose a topic, then one person would speak on it for 15 minutes, followed by a 15-minute Q&A session.

This was one of my sessions, and my topic was Strategic Communication. This short clip captured the key point I was making, and it sparked a great discussion with plenty of insights and perspectives from everyone.

Back in 2022, we worked on an Uber/Bolt-style delivery app, and at the time, it was one of the most challenging projects we had ever taken on.

As the project lead, one thing was certain — no matter the obstacles or unexpected snags, we would tackle them together as a team and deliver successfully. And we did. 💪

That project taught us resilience, collaboration, and how to thrive under pressure. Today, after everything we’ve built and experienced since then, projects like that no longer feel impossible — they’ve become part of our growth story.

Every challenge is simply another opportunity to build, learn, and deliver better. 🚀

7 years later… and we’re just getting started.

What began on April 29, 2019 has grown into a journey of creativity, resilience, and impact.

Thank you to everyone who has supported US—every project, every referral, every opportunity.

We’re building the future, one solution at a time. Cheers 🥂 to many more impactful years.

This post from is 🔥 — every business should see it.

6 years ago, we used to beg business owners to get a website.
Now? We don’t. 😌

A website isn’t just “nice to have.”
It’s your 24/7 employee:
• Answers customer questions
• Shows your offers/products
• Takes bookings
• Markets your business while you sleep 😴

No sick days. No salary. No complaints. 😂

Add AI, and it basically becomes your whole team — receptionist, sales rep, customer service, and follow-up assistant.

If you’re tired of repeating the same answers in DMs…
If you’re tired of “How much?” messages with no follow-up…
If you’re ready to look like the real brand you are…

Send us a DM or drop a comment, and let’s get your business a website — or the software it needs to run seamlessly.

Here’s a refined and professional LinkedIn-ready version of your post:

This year, businesses need to stop directing customers only to their social media pages.

Social media is powerful, yes — but it shouldn’t be your entire digital presence.

Send your clients to your website where they can see the full details of your services, clearly outlined terms and conditions, structured pricing, and a well-organized portfolio. A website gives your brand credibility, structure, and authority.

One of the most intentional brands I’ve worked with, .ng , understood this perfectly. Instead of relying on clustered social feeds, they wanted a professional platform where they could properly communicate their services, event production packages, management structure, pricing for different types of events, and expectations for clients.

As one of the biggest event planners in Nigeria, having a detailed website allows potential clients to:
• View past projects in an organized way
• Understand service packages clearly
• Read terms and conditions upfront
• Know exactly how to start working with the brand

If you’re an event planner, don’t just send clients to Instagram.

Build a website that walks them through your services and clearly shows what they should expect when working with you.

Your social media attracts attention.
Your website converts it.

It’s one thing to have a business.
It’s another thing to have a business that runs without you having to touch every single part of it.

That’s the real goal.

I genuinely admire founders who think beyond “just selling” and focus on building systems — systems that free up their time to focus on growth, strategy, and impact.

Recently, we worked with Leeblend, a skincare brand that wanted more than just an online presence. They wanted:

✔️ A seamless eCommerce platform where customers can order products easily
✔️ Secure and reliable payments
✔️ Smooth nationwide delivery
✔️ An automated consultation process for skincare clients

Here’s what we built:

• A fully functional eCommerce website
• Integrated for secure and easy payments
• Connected .africa for efficient product shipping
• Automated the skincare consultation process — so clients can book and get guided without manual back-and-forth

Now, orders come in.
Payments process automatically.
Shipping gets handled.
Consultations are streamlined.

And the founder can focus on scaling the brand instead of chasing operations.

That’s the power of building a business that works for you — not because of you.

If you’re still manually handling payments, orders, bookings, and DMs… it might be time to build systems.

Automation isn’t a luxury. It’s leverage. 🚀
