E-Clicks Solutions is looking for a Front Desk Manager for its main office at the DSC Shopping mall to perform the following duties. This job may or may not be limited to the reception work, receiving, sorting, and distributing emails, data entry, scanning and printing of documents, daily finance reports, and mobile money transactions;

We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Manager to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the βfaceβ of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.
The goal is to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Responsibilities
- Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
- Greet and welcome guests
- Answer questions and address complaints
- Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Keep updated records and files
- Monitor office expenses and costs
- Take up other duties as assigned (Arrangements, schedules etc.)
- Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, printers, office phones, and personal computers.
- Collect, count, and disburse money, do basic bookkeeping, and complete banking transactions.
- Process Mobile Money transactions which include DStv bill payments, Initial bank-to-bank instant money transfer, pay out cash to mobile money customers.
- Responsible for the accurate records and management of all jobs passing through the server room and the main business floor.
- Keeping the front desk neat and documents well filed for easy reference.
- Measure, weigh, or count products or materials as they come in.
- Responsible for providing monetary change for all staff relating to business transactions.
Requirements
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. photocopy machines, printers etc.)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem-solving skillet was
